I recently sold my house in Leicester and used Frank Innes Sales Agent. I must say that I am so glad that I used them for the sale. The staff are brilliant, they keep you updated, do whatever that can and help you through the process. Norah and Gemma were the main people in the team that were dealing with the sale and made the sale so much easier for me. Norah in particular chased the buyer's solicitor and kept me updated, whenever it was needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to the team.

From the initial phone call of interest in the house we brought - I can’t fault the service! So polite and really helpful. Unfortunately our sale did take a while due to reasons out of our control but every time I emailed and asked a question it was responded to really quickly! Really nice staff and honestly felt like they went out of their way for us especially explaining the process of moving which really reassured myself and my boyfriend as we were first time buyers!
