Georgia Flavell1 StarDelivery took over a week, I had no communication despite numerous efforts to chase. I have now been trying to get in touch with someone for 2-3 weeks to arrange to return within the 60 day trial. I've called over 10 times on different days and times, left multiple messages, sent emails and had absolutely nothing back! The mattress itself is rock solid to sleep but sinks majorly if you sit on the side, and I can feel the springs. I wouldn't mind the delayed delivery or need to return the mattress if the customer services was better.Monday 27th June 2022
