I'm an old chap who bought a petrol grass strimmer from GDC Ltd and after two years of getting to know how to start the ruddy thing and, like today, I've had to go into shop to ask advice on how to reload the strimmer head or fit the steel brush cutter, the staff have been friendly, kind, understanding and respectfull. They have been brilliant and helpful to the extreme. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you boys for your help, support and making me feel less useless than I think I am ha ha. 5 stars from me.

Walked in today to check the place out for the first time and to enquire about purchasing a professional grade hedge cutter, which was out of stock with all the big online retailers in the UK. Walked out with the machine I was looking for within half an hour. Having been a tree work professional for 25 years+ this was a result that makes a great first impression and I will be recommending then to colleagues and clients going forward. Keep up the good work GDC it's a breath of fresh air in these times.

Had generator issues while away on touring hoilday, telephoned for help given good advice dropped off generator they said the would try to do it asap. Kept me updated on work even made sure I was happy with the cost before carrying out the repair 2 1/2hrs later working generator great service, excellent staff professional from start to finish

They made a pretty major, yet honest mistake with my brand new mower but solved the issue immediately and without hassle. Mistakes happen and I'm 110% happy with the way they dealt with it and will continue to use their company to buy and service machinery.
