B16 TNK1 StarAbsolute shambles of a company! Booked holiday from work to wait for an engineer. No communication from them until I rang them at 15.30 only to be told “ he probably won’t get to you as he’s running late”. Great way to keep your customers..Not!Tuesday 13th December 2022
