We have enjoyed our garden landscape experience with Keltie and Clark from start to finish. There was great attention to detail and we could tell that our garden was going to be exactly what we were hoping for..... we were wrong it’s exceeded our expectations and we love every single detail, from the planting to the innovative design. The garden evolved along the way with Sam, Curstain and the team the project took shape to make it an oasis of tranquility. We can not fault the hard work, professionalism and endless effort. Every single person who came to site worked their socks off! With special thanks to Scott as this was his first time as project manager, which he achieved to a very high standard. We are looking forward to a perfect view relaxing alfresco in every season.

We liked Curstain and then Sam from the very first meeting. They and their team were a pleasure to deal with both in the planning and the execution of the design they presented us with. They understood and took into account our preferences and requirements and helped us make the best use of the space available (a not enormous town garden). We also felt that what we were getting was special for us ie they weren’t just repeating designs they’d done elsewhere in a signature style. Between them they have bags of knowledge on everything from plants, pests and diseases to construction methods and materials. One of our trees has shown signs of distress since planting and Curstain has been excellent at trying to reach a diagnosis, arranging treatment and regular checks to monitor progress. On the financial side we were given a price for the work and this was not exceeded despite the need for extra digging. All together, very impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and are hoping to book them in for a further small project to smarten up our front garden border and hedge.

Although we had a professionally prepared plan already for our garden, Sam amended it superbly, resulting in a fabulous garden admired by many. The entire team deserve credit for their hard work, professionalism and friendliness. Sam and Curstain oversaw the work, but the on site team including Josh and Sarah, could be trusted to undertake the work to the highest standard. The quality of work was to an excellent standard, and attention to detail was faultless. We would have no hesitation in recommending this very friendly, local company who take great pride in providing a quality garden landscape service.

We used Keltie and Clark for landscaping, lighting and adding extra irrigation to two patio/terrace areas. Curstain produced a well thought out plan that was implemented by the landscaping team and overseen by Neil the Operations Director. The company has demonstrated a combination of expertise, professionalism, flexibility, attention to detail, integrity and extraordinary customer service. Expertise: Rex the skilled landscaper responsible for the build has built many Chelsea award winning gardens. He was therefore able to bring together all aspects of the project as well as dealing reliably with changes in the evolving plan. This was all overseen by Neil daily. The two worked effectively together combining ideas and dealing with unexpected problems produced by the site. Rex also trains two apprentices who are both bright, always polite and motivated young men. It was a pleasure to have them on site. Professionalism: All the team members were available via phone or e mail returning calls if required promptly. From the office the payment system is run by Lianne who gives detailed accounts at each stage of the process and again was available to discuss any queries which was very reassuring. Flexability: We amended the plans as the project evolved the whole team adopted a can do, no problem approach.Working extremely hard with a poor access and heavy clay to dig out manually. Attention to detail: The site involved had numerous different problems, many lines of sight and levels to be contended with which Rex ensured were planned out very effectively and worked amazing well when completed. Integrity: The whole team take great pride in their workmanship ensuring that a very high standard is maintained. An operations director is essential to oversee this process. Neil is a pleasure to work with and was contactable throughout ensuring a smooth running and stress free experience for the client. A combination of all the above would leave me with no hesitation to recommend Kelti and Clark.
