Catherine George5 StarOne of the numbers for my code on the alarm keypad was sticking, due to wear and tear. I contacted Gardner Alarms, who I have used in the past and asked for a quote for a new keypad to be fitted. The quote was reasonable, Shane Gardner also gave me another option, which was to change my code. I could not get this to work, so Shane contacted me and talked me through the steps at no cost.
