Used Gardners a few times now with our old house and when we moved doing an extension supplying kitchen, bathroom, utility en suite, flooring and tiling....Big Job, but as always received a good service, flexible where needed and good aftercare. Would recommend.

Thought I would take the time to share our experience , we visited with a view to renew our Bathroom & kitchen during lockdown. We saw Mr Gardner & was shown different styles , when we picked what we wanted we were told price & delivery time, we ordered & everything he said happened! (In this day & age that's brilliant) 1 item arrived damaged from supplier & one item was sent wrong size but it was no problem & rectified within days. Top quality products & A first class service from start to finish & it was a local company which we always try to source. So thank you for a very pleasurable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend . Thanks again 5☆☆☆☆☆

Well what a brilliant professional job from start to finish by Joe the fitter, and Luke in sales. Changed my bathroom in to this stunning shower room. I’m absolutely over the moon with all the work and professionalism from the guys . Well done will be back for my kitchen

Reply to Martin Hansel.... where to begin?! Firstly every bathroom that’s being renovated is required to have the water turned off ( sorry for stating the obvious!) but the fitting team turn the water back ON when they leave on an evening so your review leaves the reader to falsely believe they left you with NO water!!! NOT TRUE! You DID have water at the end of the day, and yes unfortunately you may be required to flush your toilet for a night or 2 with a bucket but hey it’s better than no toilet! Now the important part.... no body turned up Tuesday morning because Karl ( please read all the other fabulous reviews about him and his teams work) had a SUSPECTED COVID CASE in his family so following government guidelines and wanting to keep everyone as safe as possible he had no choice but to pull everyone off the job and get a test. I’m sure anyone with any common sense would be thoroughly understanding in this situation. Would you rather they continued in your house knowing there might have been a chance they could pass something on to you?! Once the test was clear they went back Thursday morning, the only impact this would have had would have been an extra day on the job. Martin then started mentioning solicitors and compensation ( compensation was offered, but again this was a good will as they were doing as the government advised!) . He refused them to be in their house on the Monday and created a hostile environment which no body wants to work in, especially when the team were doing the right thing by isolating until the test was clear. Funny how Martin fails to mention ANY of this in his generous 1 star review! Why is that Martin?! Would you rather they ignored Government guidelines?! Karl and his team did the best thing in this situation, they offered a full refund which meant Karl and the team got NO pay that week . So please do not be put off by Martin’s pathetic review! Gardner’s kitchens and bathrooms are a fantastic trustworthy company just doing the right thing.

Was very pleased with new bathroom but experienced a lot of problems with our more recent new kitchen. Customer after care is diabolical!
