This part of the review was left as soon as the workmen had left - Really pleased!! Work carried out quickly with professional workmen. Reasonable price and a top quality finish. Highly recommended and more than happy to use again. UPDATE!!! A couple of days after leaving the first review I had to call the plumber back as grouting had been missed and there were holes in the sealant of the shower floor. We thought this had been fixed. Also, they failed to put the shower door back on correctly so it began to leak. Next massive issue was the smell. Turns out they had used the wrong adhesive / putty / grout (as pointed out my a different plumber). The front had to be ripped off and the door removed again! Then it became apparent that grout had not been used on the replacement tiles but they had in fact used some soft substance that was allowing water to leak through to the underneath of the shower. All in all a bad job that has totally had to be re-sealed and re-grouted. I didn't call them back to do the job as there is no way I would trust them again in my house!!!

What a fantastic company to deal with. After being let down I gave these guys a call. They came when they said they would. They assessed my situation and came back and sorted my problem. Gas leak detected around my gas hob, which Cadent capped off. Noor and his colleague came and just got on with fixing the leak, reconnecting my gas and making sure everything was safe. These guys are polite, friendly and just so nice. They are a local business who I am more than happy to recommend. Thanks to you both xx

Plumbers arrived very quickly (within an hour of initial call) to assess the problem, arranged a quotation and were able to return and repair the leak in the same day. Courteous and friendly and offered plenty of advice. Would definitely recommend
