I am a UK & destination documentary wedding, commercial and portrait photographer and filmmaker from Bristol. I capture wedding photographs in an honest and authentic way, using a style that blends natural yet artistic reportage wedding photography.I love bow ties, music, red wine & silly faces! I used tolive at sea, but now in South West in Bristol. I live with my furball friend Tinks, all she does is terrorise me.When I’m not taking wedding photographs, you’ll most likely find me: walking, running, cycling in and around the Cotswolds, paddle boarding the avon or taking a dip in Clevedon Marine Lake. I also love sitting in a cinema, going to gigs or just people watching in a coffee shop with my kindle! Gavin has been an amazing support for us for our wedding day from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and he has shared his knowledge throughout including on the day sharing hints and tips and getting involved in conversations like a friend of the family. It really made all our photos natural and completely at ease. Our smiles and laughs were genuine because of him and his skill in our final pictures is amazing!! Highly recommend!

Gavin is such a creative photographer. I wanted some images for my new website and had no idea what I wanted but Gavin made everything very exciting with his creative ideas. My images turned out to be so much more wonderful than what I had expected. I thought of a studio shoot but we had the shoot outdoors and I truly enjoyed the experience. I am so glad we had an outdoor shoot. The backgrounds he chose truly added value and variety to the images. I am shy in front of a camera and Gavin made me feel extremely comfortable. He really gets to know his clients and has so many spontaneous ideas. He is not afraid of trying new things and he is so determined to create wonderdul shots. Hire him immediately! We chose Gavin to be our wedding photographer because he's images spoke to us. Personal, intimate and fun, we wanted a photographer who wouldn't do just standard 'posed' pics, and we weren't disappointed. Our guests dubbed him 'The Ninja Photographer' as he was weaving through the crowds on the dancefloor, climbing on tables/chairs to get the best shots, and spying out some fab locations. When we received our photos through, it was like reliving the day all over again - better in some ways, as we saw so many things that we missed on the day! Cannot recommend Gavin highly enough.
