Ben was brilliant and Paul managed to get our locks sorted for us asap. Very happy. I have used these guys many times in the past too in my day to day job, and always top services! A+ Simon

Having been ripped off by rogue traders following a problem with my back door, I felt uneasy having purchased a lock from them for £80 + vat plus a substantial charge I therefore went to GCD security in Maidenhead and saw Dave who sold me a new lock and 7 keys for £30 and advised me how to fit it If only I’d known before. It was easy Have learnt an expensive lesson and will always go local Thank you Dave at GCD

We used GCD to install locks in our rented property - they were also tasked by our managing agent to service the alarm. a) Security bolts were installed with a screw that only protruded a few mm into the door. The bolts would have failed immediately during any break in attempt had we not noticed; b) Part of a door was broken by an engineer allowing it to blow freely on a windy day. The engineer can be seen looking at the damage done on our CCTV, however when questioning them about it they feigned ignorance; c) When replacing the locks, and without our permission, they threw an entire keychain in the bin, including keys that fitted other locks in the property; d) They failed to notice that the outside siren had failed entirely during an alarm service; f) Invoiced an incorrect total; g) There were issues with alarm sensors. GCD had the audacity to suggest their inability to fix them could have been our own doing as they saw the Installer menu had been accessed. This is despite the audit log clearly showing the menu was accessed after we reported issues on each and every occasion. GCD were offered to attend to verify this, but declined; h) They changed the alarm installer code from its original setting, without our, the managing agents, or the landlords permission, and are currently refusing to supply it without us agreeing to sacrifice any warranty on their work. Their MD did attempt, and mostly resolve, issues (a) through (f). The remainder are still outstanding.
