Absolutely fantastic service from Craig he went above and beyond repairing my Xbox one and even started a little later to make sure I had it when he said it would be available. Shocking service. Ordered a battery pack claiming to be an official Microsoft product, it came and was not. They sent me their own branded cable as what a previous gen cable they originally sent. They said well it's the same. It lasts for an hour at tops and needs charging. Now they won't respond to emails. Stay well clear!
