I'd bought my own NVR and cameras as I wanted to upgrade our current CCTV system due to being old and outdated. I contacted several companies about having it all installed, but the majority of them said that they wouldn't carry out residential installs. Lewis promptly replied to my email, and we soon had a consultation visit booked. During his visit, Lewis was very polite and respected our wishes on where we wanted the new cameras placed, we shortly came to an agreement and an installation date was selected. There were three gentlemen including Lewis who installed our new system, they were all very professional and left us with a spotless, tidy, and well-installed system - I did get fish and chips for everyone too! I did have one camera die on me within a couple of months of being installed, we contacted Lewis and he was quick to come and diagnose the problem. I did have to get a replacement camera from Reolink as it had indeed died, but Lewis was quick to come and fit the replacement one as soon as we received it. Overall - very good service!

Pre installation information was very good, with time taken to assess our needs and best options. We had 3 outside security cameras fitted plus internal monitors. Lewis was our contact and engineer, he was professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and polite. After sales service was great with any technical issues clearly explained. I found them here on Google and I'm extremely happy with the service they provided. They sold me a Ring Video Doorbell 4 with installation included. Lewis was my engineer and he was quick, extremely polite and helpful with the setup. He also didn't rush through how to use it with my phone after the installation was complete which I appreciated.

We have a 6 camera system they sold and installed last year. So far we haven't had a single issue, they have also been extremely patient and helpful with any technical questions I've had about the system.

I'm extreamly happy with the service. I have 4 cameras and a doorbell that they installed. So far they have shown great support and I've had no issues with the equipment.
