Why Taekwon-Do?

Taekwon-Do is still a relatively young martial art but it is incredibly popular. It was originally a military martial art and the regimental structure remains in the discipline today.

Taekwon-do can help to improve fitness, flexibility, awareness, self discipline and confidence!

As you progress, you may be keen to test your newly developed skills – competitions are available, with the opportunity to compete at an international level, all over the globe!

My daughter has been training with Lewis and Georgie for about 8 years now and I can honestly say that I was have been blown away by the quality of their instructing. They are friendly yet professional, knowledgeable yet approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and they really know how to get the best out of children, whether that child needs a a calming influence or, as my daughter, someone to help them out of their shell and bring out some confidence. Seriously, give it a try. Brilliant martial arts service!
