I work as a Cleaner for the Company (with 1 Client, an office building with several staff). The ‘Gleem’ Office staff are friendly & helpful. The Client’s staff are very nice & it’s an enjoyable job as a result.

Polite and friendly cleaners with an eye for detail. Contacts you the day before the clean to make sure its still good for you and to introduce themselves to you. Would definitely recommend them 🙂

Really unreliable and frustrating. I understand that staffing is a real challenge with Brexit and Covid, but that can't account for the terrible communication and ways this business operates. I've found myself regularly getting a different cleaner, so seeing the quality drop off and having to coach them each time. I've also experienced regular no shows and yet Gleem still charge me. When I've asked for a refund, they've only paid when I've chased it a couple of times. I've stopped using, because I'm having to do so much admin.
