Twice Go FIX have been booked to come out and twice they have not attended. No phone call to advise they would not be coming, that’s two Mondays I have taken off work for no reason. Call the office and a polite lady advises the person you need to speak with is the office manager, Steven Hennessy but of course he is always in a meeting and never has the time to talk with anyone. I would give zero stars for reliability and customer service if I could.

Received a message on Tuesday 15:13, "Nathan is on his way" Nobody showed up! Contacted to see where he was. Was informed job was sent back, due to no access. I have been in all day, all week, Nobody phoned me to say they were outside, the intercom rings my mobile phone. Could've tried to telephone me when outside or gain access via other flats. Week on still no hot water or heating.

Andy Taylor came to my house in DA8 to unblock a drain that 4 other engineers had tried to do.He had it fixed and all working in no time at all .So I would like to say a big thankyou to you for sending him out to us.Excellent workman
