I am not sure about the other reviews as we had a very good experience with this care agency. My Father had been released from hospital and needed help at home. He was very happy with his Carer while he recovered as he helped him with personal care and meals and would use them again if needed.

Do not agree to Croydon Social Services giving you this care provider. One or two of the carers are nice but Prisilla the manager is rude and the majority of the carers absolutely do not care. They need to be inspected ASAP. They cut corners and do not even provide suitable personal care and leave a mess after every visit. Seems to me that Prisilla takes on too many clients in order to receive the funding and is unable to deliver any acceptable level of service. May God help any vulnerable person who ends up with this provider my heart goes out to you.

Very lazy care staff, that management will backup no matter what they do.! Save your self time and money and use a more established agency.
