This is the worse taxi company I’ve ever used 3 different occasions and I always regret. They have got no respect or no customer skills towards passengers. I’ve been treated a lot better with other taxis services so what’s makes them different. I’m paying for a service which I don’t seem to get . I phone to explain what happen and the man hung up the phone on me never offer to solve the issue. Use this company at your own risk .. They are lucky they even one star if it was done me to me they wouldn’t get any. Never using this awful company again .

In the recent storm my husband was exhausted and stuck at Heathrow. No airport taxis would help. Great Barr taxis drove there and bought him to Birmingham. The quote was brilliant and they not only picked him up but looked after him as well. Very kind nice people and my sister has used this company for years and stated they are always reliable.

We ordered a cab to BHX the day before, and I confirmed the booking the next morning. Taxi arrived on time, car was clean, and driver was friendly. However, although the car was able to communicate its GPS position driver could text me and call me on arrival, the internet suddenly stopped working and the driver wanted payment up front. The driver knew the location of the nearest ATM however, and drove me there to withdraw cash although I wanted to pay by card. I will definitely use Uber next time instead to avoid being forced to use an ATM.
