Very unprofessional company. They have secured long term contracts with numerous Housing Associations throughout England over 250,000 homes!! Their website bears absolutely no resemblance to the standard of work carried out at our Sheltered Accommodation or other sites in this area. Many Residents have been complaining for the past 5years but it has not made one iota of difference!! These are our homes and we have to look at their mess everyday. Even the entrance and car park have never been cleared of rubbish and litter or fallen leaves...it's a disgrace! They do however produce a very nice professional looking Work Schedule(hence the 1 star) which has NEVER been followed from the day it was sent out. They have allowed the site to become totally overgrown and full of litter.... they wanted a price increase to spend more time cleaning up their own mess!!...after they spent the bare minimum of time on the site for the past 5years. The Housing Association is as much to blame for actually allowing this company to secure a Contract that they had absolutely no intention of honouring. Unfortunately we are stuck with them for a very long time!

After damaging 6 planters with the strimmer in July, both my housing officer and myself have sent emails and I've left telephone messages to get in touch with me to discuss. They have totally ignored all correspondence. I personally don't book this company, it is done through my housing. The current workmen are good but the company values towards there customers are absolutely shocking.

The absolute worst gardeners/landscapers iv ever witnessed in my life. Iv complained to my landlord about them numerous times for them leaving such a mess when they've cut the lawn. Rather than pick the dog toy up that was in the garden he just drove straight over it with him lawnmower. There very unprofessional and I'll be telling them not to cut my grass from now on.

I worked for this company in Bromsgrove. The manager is a complete BULLY but gives everything to his best mate that works there. Arrogant, looks like a bulldog. Thinks he's better than everyone else. Not professional at all, poor company, poor workers, poor business. So many promises that fell through. Questioned about uniform when you need it, takes atleast 4-6 weeks just to get anything from them. Managers never around, never on call, doesn't answer unless he likes you. He made me quit because he's such a bully, underplaid, over worked. Terrible work. None of the team cares or gives a care about anything. Our work space was a car park with a portaloo. Dirty areas, terrible management. Stay clear of working for the Bromsgrove branch. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
