From the first phone call to Griffiths Air Conditioning we were very impressed with the friendly and quick response to our enquiry. The home survey by Ian gave great advice about the choice of units and how the installation would be carried out. Within a week the fitters arrived and after 8 hours, every thing was very professionally installed. Since the multi split air heat pump system has been installed, we have used the heating and cooling and it has all worked better than we could have hoped for. We are now waiting for the summer heat and being able to sit in the cool, Happy days. All the team that were involved were brilliant. A great company and would definitely recommend.

Since having work done several years ago I made contact again about solar panels. I have contacted around 6 times over several months and can't even get them to send a quote. Obviously they dont want any business. Some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced so I will be taking my business elsewhere!

A superb level of service from quote to completion of the project. Griffiths designed and installed an Air Source Heat Pump system as part of our renovation project. I was impressed by their expertise, not only in the work on site but also by their communication and reporting of progress. Having never overseen an ASHP project before, the clear explanations and advice from Griffiths helped us enormously. Some minor teething issues (not the fault of Griffiths) were resolved with their customary speed and friendliness. Knowing you're a valued customer counts for a lot.

I would not use this company again. The guys who do the work are fine, although they did install our system incorrectly and it has taken them several goes to put it right, dispite diagnosing the problem they had to have 2 more visits and me chasing them to get the system fixed. I am now going to have my system independantly assesed to make sure it is fitted correctly.
