GuardHome Ltd. security system was recommended to me by my daughter who is very happy with her installation and service. I had an old wired system that did not meet my needs. Eric visited and carried out an assessment and advised me on security generally. He sent me a very detailed plan with costs and gave me time to consider my options. He answered my questions in great detail and when I was ready to proceed the installation was carried out promptly without disruption. The wireless system is wonderful, if our dog pushes a door open it does not activate the alarm, unlike the wired system with sensors on every door. One of Eric’s team set up an app on my phone and showed me how to use it to remotely access the system to arm or disarm if necessary. The first annual maintenance visit has taken place and I am very impressed with the level of service that I have received. I am now discussing having security cameras installed by Eric. I am very happy to recommend GuardHome to others.

We were very satisfied and always felt secure with our previous system installed and maintained by Guardhome. So recently "escaping to the country" we naturally requested that they identify a solution to secure our new property. Once agreed our installation took place as planned with the minimum of disturbance followed by a comprehensive instructional briefing. Consequently, we have found the home security is extremely user friendly, no false alarms so far! I am particularly impressed by the mobile app giving me access to live monitoring and surveillance. From initial consultation to installation, Eric has been extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything very clearly, fitted around our work schedule and was a pleasure to work with.
