We had a fault so I called the company. The telephone receptionist was absolutely charming and booked us in for an appointment the very next morning. Next morning a friendly knowledgeable engineer visited and performed thorough checks and agreed with me the next step.

We have just had Connor, who works for Guardian Security, Canterbury as an installation engineer, spend one and a half days in our home, installing an alarm and CCTV cameras. We were delighted with what he did for us - his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy in our home. We would highly recommend Guardian Security for reliability and good value for money.

Recently we purchased a security item from "Guardian" but a problem was discovered not on their side but ours.
