Gym and Swimming sessions can now be accessed directly at the centre – pre booking is no longer compulsory. It is essential that Exercise Classes and football pitches are pre booked and paid prior to arrival at the session. Bookings can be made online or by telephone 0151 606 2010
Please be aware that all sessions are bookable at the time of the session 7 or 8 days prior to the activity.
Guinea Gap Gym is open 7 days a week for members and casual users. Inductions are essential for new users, they are currently free and can be booked online or by calling 0151 606 2010

Noony Deloony5 StarBeen bringing my son here every day for the last couple of weeks for lessons and family swim sessions. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Really worth while getting the family invigorate passes to use the facilities. Will be checking out the other facilities soon.Friday 12th August 2022
David Marnell5 StarSigned up myself, two sons and nephews so we could use the gym and other facilities. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and always happy to help. The facilities are clean and there is a great atmosphere. I highly recommend signing up and using these great services. Jenny Smith4 StarLove going here swimming 2/3 times a week, gym is good too. Can get very busy in training pool but not a problem. The lockers unfortunately always seem to be broken as they're jammed with change, some of the changing cubicles need a completely massive deep clean and would be good if there was an extra drin in the family change area as its sometime like another pool in there. Still gonna go every week thoSaturday 9th April 2022
