I had a text message not long after advising me the heating was up and running and the house locked up. Very trustworthy, as I work, I had to leave a key for them. Paul J5 StarDuring the cold spell, Gary came out that day, looked at the boiler, pulled it apart and found nothing. He persevered and addressed a situation that the team that serviced it 6 months earlier, failed to to do. Resulting in a fixed boiler, just as the temperature plummeted further.
