Doug and Darren did a brilliant job across multiple tasks as part of our house extension. This included toilet and sink installation in a utility room, water softer installation and installing 4 cast iron radiators. Attention to detail was top notch and the service was friendly and very professional. Will 100% work with these guys again in the future.

While having an extension built we unexpectedly had to have our combi boiler relocated before any further work could be carried out. Doug was on site the same day to advise on relocation of boiler and additional heating requirements of the new build, he highlighted the old boiler was very old and parts if available would be very expensive. Next day we received a quote for agreed work using old boiler and to supply and fit a new boiler. We decided to go with a new boiler as we had been having a few problems with the old one, but at no point was any pressure put on us to change it they were happy to re use the old one if we wanted. After moving some of their work around Glen managed to get to us and carry out the work. Everything was done to a very high standard and on the day of installation of the boiler stayed late until it was fully functional so we were not without hot water for more than a few hours. A very professional company and would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using again for future work. Great team and customer service

Fantastic service from Glen (and Doug). After attempting a shower replacement myself at my mothers house, she later found water dripping through a light fitting! We tried calling around 20 local plumbers and no answer or availability. GD Plumbing called back and within half an hour Glen was at my mothers. He quickly identified the issue (I’d used a rubbish fitting), fixed it and advised on how to deal with the electrical issue too. They were extremely responsive and did a great job too. Unfortunately I no longer live in the area otherwise I’d be using GD Plumbing any time from now on, and my mum will be booking in for a boiler repair in the new year!

Initial impression was very positive. Timescales for completion of the work were impressive and adhered to. HOWEVER :- Their e:mail system was hacked into and I paid a substantial 'deposit' to a third party. GD Bathrooms do not have anti fraud or cyber protection on their business insurance and therefore the problem was mine!!! There was a problem with the location of the newly installed boiler. They came out to review the issue. Since that visit they do not answer telephone calls or respond to voicemail messages or texts. I called them using my wife's phone and they answered the call. Said he was just going into the office and would get the person dealing with my issue to call me back within 10 minutes. I am still waiting. I have now had to pay another plumber to fix the problem.

Honestly one of the most knowledgable and professional companies I have used! Had a problem with my boiler and contacted them and knew exactly what was wrong with it, Darren came round, was super friendly and chatty and got it all fixed in no time would highly recommend. Cost me way less than I thought it would. Thanks guys.
