dan lavender2 StarWent for an MOT and it failed on the bulb, was told they cannot change the bulb there despite being next door to a store and also even if I did change the bulb myself they couldn't retest the same day. The conversation about the bulb took longer than what it took for me to fix it. The bulb was fine but not seated properly. Apparently even though I was at a garage they couldn't fix that and send me away same day. Just wasted more of my day off and cost me more fuel to travel there. I wouldn't use these again based on thatMonday 1st November 2021
Alexandre F Morin5 StarI've come for car service and MOT, and although they are among the cheapest, I have found them efficient, clear, open, they answer all my questions with patience and clearly, they manage your expectations if there might be delays, they have a great online booking system, you get automatic text reminders, and best of all, never a bad surprise for my 15+ year-old car with MOTs, so I trust them.Wednesday 20th October 2021
Dee Drew5 StarTook my car in for MOT on Thursday and failed on brake calliper leaking. They ordered the part to get back on the Friday but then got a call saying the part wouldn’t be coming till Monday . I missed a call from them late Friday and Saturday morning got a call to say it have all been done . A big thank to Nick who called me on several occasions informing me of part not coming, then it had and knowing I would have been without my car for the weekend got it sorted . Great customer service ! Always used Halfords for all our family cars and always very helpful . Thank you 😊 . Not bad for a 52 plate !Sunday 18th July 2021

Ady Cross5 StarTook the wife's car in, for air conditioning regas. Prompt professional service. Left car at 8:00 they said it would be hour and a half, 9:30....done. All work carried out was explained and car given back sanitised. Competitive price, £50 cheaper than main dealer (who couldn't do it for 2weeks).
