It was a pleasure in this time of social distancing to have a normal, pleasurable conversation in a friendly, helpful environment. My questions were answered quickly and efficiently. All the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and interested in my problem and were interested in resolving it.

Popped in during Lockdown to pick up some servicing consumables, very helpful staff noticed oil prices much more competitive than some National competitors by a significant margin. Managed to get everything thanks to helpful staff who went out of their way without being pushy to ensure I had located what I needed. I use this particular store for reliability, product choice, availability and prices.

Staff always polite and helpful and as a regular bike customer, they've looked after me for many years now. However, the new system of being put through to an overseas call centre, even if you telephone to book your bike in for some repair work, is a total pain and I'm pretty annoyed about not being able to contact the store direct, especially when the issue is a little more complex than booking it in for a regular service.

Staff warm and welcoming and products easily found. Easy to park and access. The store is well laid out with clear signs of where to enter and exit. Hand sanitiser available. A very good shopping experience and I will definitely visit the store again.

Can't fault the service from the bike tech guys, especially Chris. Despite the warning that they are really busy and might take 3 weeks to get the work done, Chris went the extra mile and got it turned around in an afternoon. The new guy was really friendly and helpful too :-) Thanks
