Philippa Lynch5 StarWent in to us the ATM to check a payment I made the previous day on line, so did not need to go to the counter.Any way been using this branch of Halifax for over 30 years and made some very friendly, kind, patient, and charming people along the way.I always feel more than just a customer whenever I go in. Thank you all very much .Patrick.Tuesday 25th April 2023
Barry Walshaw5 StarMy experience in the Bank was very different from those I readabout..The two female staff whom I spoke to ,could not have been pleasanter or more helpful in locating the source of an unidentifiable debit . I had also left my card in the machine downstairs which had swallowed it ,and , because they could see I was very worried it was retrieved straight away. .Wednesday 26th October 2022

andrei cococeanu1 StarVery poor service, went in to ask about international travel charges , front desk person was being short and had no idea.
After recommending I look at the Halifax website, they tried to ask a colleague whom also had no idea. Is no training given?? Not confidence inspiring at all...Friday 10th September 2021
Paul Phillips1 StarThe Canterbury branch is very poorly organised. Only two service tills and a disorganised help function. Staff need to be properly trained in customer service. For example when dealing with customer(s) coping with bereavement. Do not want to be rudely told "what I want?" When its obvious. I expect much more from a brand such as Halifax. Instead of cartoon marketing campaign, money needs to be spent on critical infrastructure issues. In today's economic environment, no business is tool large to fail. Now tried to telephone but end up in countless queues.Monday 26th March 2018
