Very quick and professional service. Joe was clearly experienced in helping people with dementia and their families, to help keep them safe and secure in their own homes. Very understanding and offered alternative practical solutions re different locking mechanisms. For example locks than can be opened by a key from the outside regardless of the key or latch being left in on the inside. Thank you again. A very grateful daughter/carer x

Contacted Halls after an internal door wouldn’t unlock. The guy who visited was Seamus - an absolute gentleman. He explained what the problem was likely to be & managed to resolve the issue without any damage to our antique door. Seamus also took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the lock & made recommendations to avoid a reoccurrence of a similar problem. Very pleasant & very professional. This guy is a credit to the company. The lady who answers the phone was really lovely & helpful too. Highly recommended

Very impressed. Paul was very helpful via email, and Seamus who called out to fit new handle and lock was professional and helpful, letting me take my time to choose what I wanted and did a great job. Reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend.
