I had a negative experience with Hamilton. I dropped of a jacket in the hope they’d be able to spot clean a stain. I wasn’t given a time line or price guide and was told they would call me ’later’ when they had spoken to the manager. I never got a call. I called back and I was told they’d call in 20 minutes and they didn’t call me back. I was told to collect my jacket the next day and they may or may not have been able to remove the stain and still couldn’t tell me the cost. I arrived to collect my jacket and it was in a crumpled heap at the top of the shelf. Disappointed but not surprised considering the service.

Got my trench coat dry cleaned and had a button that needed to be sewed back on. Picked up the coat and the button had not been sewed n, when I went back to try and rectify I was told they had lost the button and to come back to get it. After months of following up, they have not found or replaced the button. The coat was very expensive and I have been searching for replacement buttons, very disappointed at the lack of accountability and poor service!

Good price and friendly service, but it took more than a week for dry clean on a suit, 2 shirts and a coat, and the repair I asked for on the coat that included replacing a missing button just didn't happen. Unfortunate because it's a convenient location but won't use again

The best dry cleaners in the area! My husband and I use them on weekly basis and they are reliable, friendly and simply do a fantastic job! Pradip always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy with the service they provide, he is always kind and has a smile on his face no matter how busy he is. I had two coats dry cleaned here. Both coats are now damaged on the inside because they used safety pins to attach labels/tickets, when they could have avoided this by putting the label/ticket on the hangar or on/in the garment in a way which wouldn't have damaged it. Also one of the coats is now missing a button. They said come and collect them on Saturday. I arrived on Saturday at 5pm and they were closed, even though on their front door and online it says they close at 6pm on Saturdays. I called them today while at work and asked them if I could collect my clothes without the ticket, they said yes. I arrived only to be told they couldn't find my clothes. They asked for my phone number, which I provided and they implied and insinuated that I was lying or mistaken in regards to my phone number. They let someone else collect my clothes without my permission or my ticket and didn't remember or think to tell me. Despite me giving my name which is extremely rare, (never met anyone else with my first name or surname, so it wasn't a case of a mix up or mistaken identity), and both my phone number and the phone number of the person who dropped my clothes off, they still didn't know what had happened! 0 out of 5, 0 out of 10, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I TOLD THEM I AM NOT COMING BACK AND I MEANT IT!
