ian cummings1 StarTried to enter Hanks bar with four of my friends. We are all in our 40s so well above Challenge 25, yet we had to provide ID to get in the venue. Not the welcome we had expected after we had called the venue to reserve a table!! Feedback : work with your doorman to not loose unnecessary custom!Wednesday 17th August 2022

Daniel Hemblen1 StarQueued for an age, got to the front and was told the police had been in touch and I wouldn’t be allowed in. As a man who was sober, having only been out for a meal with friends I was shocked and asked for ab explanation. Conveniently nothing could be given other than the suggestion I ring 999. No apologies, and the management team I spoke to seemed to find it was funny, despite the embarrassment their bouncers had caused. Would not recommend.Monday 11th July 2022
Mark McNees5 StarIf you are looking for a bar with dancing this may be the place to go. It is loud and a younger crowd 20s and 30s. If you are looking for a quite mellow place, Hanks is not your scene. But if you are looking to party and dance your pants off, Hanks is your place.Sunday 19th June 2022
