Lynn Pope5 Star1st class. Rang when they opened at 7.30 to explain trouble with what seemed to be boiler shorting a fuse. Boiler engineer suggested wiring needed checking as no obvious problems with boiler. 2 lovely workmen arrived at 8.30 diagnosed the problem replaced wiring which had been damaged in the past by now solved rat problem supplied and fitted new heating programmer and solved the ongoing problem of intermittent hot water and heating since October. Great service very polite workmen and tidied up after themselves to.Thursday 17th November 2016
