We operate a Consult / Design / Build / Admire approach.
Consult: We talk to our customers about what they want to achieve and jointly view what sits in the Harrier portfolio as well as what products are available in the market as an agreeable build.
Design: We provide our customers with a statement of works that details the fence and or landscaping build project and build details.
Build: We jointly have a walk through to discuss the build where we identify areas that might need extra care and attention such as plants / bushes. We encourage our customers to view the work throughout the build to ensure they are happy with the work. We operate a site tidy policy where all waste materials are initially cleared. The site is tidied at the end of each day and during the build walking mats are placed across heavy walking areas to ensure grassed areas are kept intact.

Mike Jackson5 StarWe are delighted with our new fence which Pete and his team have just built for us. They worked hard in atrocious weather at times and completed the fence just as storm Eunice arrived shortly followed by storm Franklin. Our old fence would not have survived these storms but the new fence suffered no damage.
From initial quote to installation Peter’s communication was excellent keeping us up to date with progress and discussing any installation challenges that arose and how he planned to overcome them. He was also careful to avoid damage to plants and made sure lawn areas were not damaged by using old fencing to protect them.

Paul Williams5 StarHighly recommended. Fantastic service from Pete and all the team at Harrier Fencing, from initial consultation through to final delivery all on time and budget. The work involved a difficult sloping site on a shared boundary, all parties kept in regular contact by Pete with the work delivered in torrential rain for most of the build - the Harrier team just pushed on through, having to adapt approach due to ground conditions.
