Just had the message passed through regards Billy and his recent visit to Withington In Herefordshire.
I would just like to back up the sentiments of our customer regarding Billy.
From the minute he jumped out of his vehicle nothing was too much trouble.
After his preliminary safety checks and paperwork etc Billy was straight into assisting our customers, his professionalism can’t be questioned.
I did have him completely out of any logical order visiting properties, but in an effort to assist our more vulnerable customers, he just cracked on and completed the task in front him efficiently.
After a very busy weekend for the staff from WPD, Billy set out to make this job as easy and trouble free for us as possible.
Please ensure Billy is thanked for his efforts, and he would be very much welcomed back to assist in the future.

bob.broome5 StarFast and efficient response from start to finish. Dave arrived on time to scope the work and produce an estimate, which arrived within a day and represented value for money. Quick and easy to then book a convenient day / time for the work to be completed which then all went well until a small unforseen problem arose. Julie Sadler5 StarWe called HASTE in to check the wiring in my elderly mothers house as we'd noted that she had old fashioned fuses and not a consumer unit with switches. They did the checks and condemned the wiring which was no surprise. They rewired the whole house, making it safe as well as adding extra sockets at waist height so mum doesn't have to bend to plug in the Hoover, security lighting outside and smoke alarms. The lads who did the job we're amazing polite, cleaning up every night as mum didn't want to move out while they did the job. I can't praise them enough. David Marrs1 StarCalled twice now to get an update on work they are meant to be doing. Told 10 days ago and again today that they would call me back . Not had a return call. Looks like I will need to chase them again. They are subcontractors for a job I'm having done so I didn't choose them. If I had a choice it wouldn't be this company.Thursday 27th May 2021
