Attention to detail, reliable and everybody within the company were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were so nice, friendly, helpful, clean and tidy, it was a pleasure to have them in the house! Chris Bushby5 StarWe used Hawthorns Windows Ltd to replace windows and patio door, and they did a superb job. The quality of the glazing is excellent, and the new acoustic glass in the home office makes a big difference blocking out road side noise.
The team that carried out the work were very professional and informative.

steve roberts5 StarWe had Hawthorns fit new windows for us throughout our house 20 years ago. The pvc looks as good today as the the day they fitted them. They have been trouble free. Today a small rivet on one hinge split which made the window difficult to fully close. I rang the Showroom yesterday (a Saturday) and the person who took the call used to be the Installations Manager. He said as soon as the Showroom closed late afternoon he would come across and sort it out for me. He did just that and rectified the problem. Absolutely superb After-Sales Service!!
