Guy Napthine5 StarOur boiler was very old and the central heating and hot water system was in need of a big overhaul. Mark visited our house to look at what needed doing and to discuss our requirements and to offer his suggestions. His explanation of the work required was clear and unambiguous. He suggested several options that we thought would be beneficial too. We received a written quotation that was detailed but clearly understandable. We accepted the quotation, and work started on the agreed date. The work was done quickly but not hastily, and in a professional and tidy manner, to the price quoted with no hidden extra costs. We had a slight problem but Mark came back and it was dealt with very quickly and in a well mannered way.
