I needed an alternative to British Gas to do a general service and overhaul of our heating system. Jason who came to inspect and Tom who carried out the work were cheerful polite and tidy and extremely knowledgeable. They made practical suggestions of what needed to be done and I never felt I was being sold to. The work was quoted at a fair price and the booking and invoice system is easy. Natalie and Kelsey deal with all the administrative work in a very friendly and efficient manner. Overall thrilled to have found a trustworthy firm that we can return to with confidence when we have other work arising.

Matthew and Al came out within an hour of my call (out of hours) and quickly identified the issue (RCD in fuse box had burnt out), had spares in their van and fixed within 30 minutes. They were punctual, professional and polite, explained the issue and cost before embarking on the repair. They also took the time to talk through some other electrical concerns I had and options for resolution. Great service and value for money. Will definitely be using again, both for maintenance and if I ever have an emergency again.

Had first class service from Tom and Mitch today. We were stuck without power to 90% of our home, no heating or hot water. They were able to restore service to our home quickly. Impressed with the electrician and the quality of his work. I really like the modern system where you receive a text message confirming the booking and when the staff member is on his/her way. I've only rated 4 stars however given that I gave my email for purposes of receiving an invoice only, I have already received promotional material which I will now have to unsubscribe from and also receive phone calls asking for feedback. The individual was very polite but it's still an unsolicited call which I would have opted out off given the choice.

We were immensely impressed by the service from the Heath team. From initial conversation to installation of the EV Charger was just 24 hours. Matt went out of his way to give us the right product in the right timeframe. The job was meticulously done by Karl and Joe to a very high standard and they went above and beyond to fit in with our busy schedule of video cons. We could not have been more pleased or more impressed and would recommend Heath highly without reservation.
