On the day of the move they were incredibly flexible about timings as we weren’t sure when we would get our keys. They arrived just after we called. Carpets had a few stains which they got out and looked and smelt as good as new after. All work carried out with a smile and great professionalism. Highly recommend

Absolutely no doubt that iIll use Heather again. Professional equipment (much more effective than the kit you rent from supermarkets, etc), and a guy who knows what he is doing. The result was heavily used carpets which were transformed. This is an efficient, trustworthy and professional service, and well worth the money.

Excellent service - long term stains from mud/coffee/wine and general use - totally removed. The three carpets Mark cleaned are as other reviewers have noted, like new. Absolutely amazing - we've machine cleaned them ourselves before but never, ever had such outstanding results. Mark is also very knowledgeable and happily answers any questions about the processes he uses. Very personable and professional. Will certainly use him again.

Mark and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has a passion for what he does which shows in his work and the results he gets. The before and after of our carpets is unreal and they look brand new again. Will certainly be using his services again. Thanks for a great job on our carpets.
