Michael Roark2 StarAfter a couple of visits from a technician who slung parts at the problem without actually troubleshooting (nor stinking around long enough to check that the issue was actually resolved and charging me for both) we resorted to going with a more experienced company. mohammed moinul hoque5 StarWould like to thank the team at The Heating Company especially Keely/Keleigh and Dean, kept us informed of what was happening and when things would happen. Dean arrived between the times suggested. Dean took out the old boiler and replaced it with a new one, he was very courteous like taking his shoes off where there wasn't dust sheets (which he used and provided). Dean had his PPE on the whole time inside the house. Can't praise you guys enough, thank you.Tuesday 19th January 2021
James M H Gordon5 StarHad a problem with the invoice which was sorted out promptly. Engineer was thorough and pointed out that I needed a graphite seal on the heat exchanger which needs changed every 5 years and there was no record of it ever being done. The fault spark electrode cable connector was hard to reconnect and was advised that this will need replacing when the seal is done again. All in all a very professional and customer oriented service.Monday 13th July 2020
Cherelle Theobald5 StarI called Heating Company as my boiler showed a fault and had no hot water or heating. The office staff where really helpful and advised an engineer would be out to me the following day. The engineer called me when he was on his way which I think is great service! The engineer was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he had done without using too much "tech talk". Overall great service from start to finish!Thursday 14th March 2019
G T5 StarReally great to deal with. When my boiler broke down I contacted The Heating Company and they were very helpful. The engineer attended later that morning and diagnosed the problem. They were able to get the part that day and replaced it later that afternoon .The engineer was amazing. Would use them again and recommend to anyone that needs a plumber or heating engineer.Thursday 14th March 2019
