Recently had a leak under kitchen sink. Water everywhere, Tried my usual to fix but no joy. Called "Heatwave" for help. Response was almost immediate. They came after hours, Very "COVID" aware and clean, tidy and tolerant with me and my efforts to fix They explained as they went through the process of fixing. All now in working order. Panic over. All in all very genuine and professional. They came across as both reliable and trustworthy, They do water and gas. Would highly recommend. And will definitely use again.
