I have had my alarm for 6 years. Fortunately I have not needed to use it but it is Peace of Mind for myself and my family. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the service to anyone living alone.as it enables you to live safely in your own home.

Let’s me continue to live safely in my own home. I’ve used my alarm once, when I fell and broke my ankle and help was immediately available. I feel it’s a form of insurance.

I have had to use Helplie twice. Although the device is in my living room, the operator can hear me clearly from any part of the house. One use was when I was in the bath, which is a good reminder to have the button with you at all times. I wholehearterly recommend Helpline as a service.
