Harry G was amazing. Communication was fab, so much patience! I’ve never bought a car from new, and I had absolutely no idea about electric cars! He was very informative, but not in an annoying pushy salesman way! Polite, responsive, all round helpful guy who genuinely wanted me to find the car that was perfect for me and what I was looking for! Wow what a fantastic service and team from Harry and manager Lee, me and my husband were left with a problem issue re our PCP finance and our circumstances have changed since lock down of 2021. The team were very welcoming and friendly and wanted to help us out. There was no hard sell and they just wanted to see if they could help out our situation, they supported us and now we have our new car on our way and our finances now sorted to our new way of life down in Devon. I had a cosmetic after sales concern on a used vehicle recently purchased from Hendy Bournemouth. I live near Plymouth so it was arranged for the vehicle to be taken to Hendy MG Exeter. Lee the Manager was extremely helpful and friendly while I waited for the work to be carried out. He was informative upon handover and the quality of rework was excellent.
