We moved into our new home yesterday to find that we had no heating or hot water due to a faulty boiler and had started to lose all hope of anyone coming out to look at it. Not only did Kev come out when he should have been on his way home, he also then asked his colleague to come back today to fix it for us. His colleague found the fault and drove all the way to Luton to get the part and then back to us in MK.
