Great job by Andy and his team at Hertz Electrical. They undertook some lighting installation work for us at home and from the moment I contacted Andy to discuss a visit to quote, through to completion of the job, communication and customer service was second to none. The electricians who completed the install were great lads - neat, tidy, courteous, and the job was completed to my high standards! Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend and will definitely call upon them again in the future should the need arise.

Hertz Electrical were recommend by a friend whom have used them before, We contacted Andy who gave us a quotation for the works, he showed us idea's to choose from. Two young men (Joe+Will), from Hertz, Arrived on time as agreed and were well mannered. The job was over two days as quoted, at the end of the 1st day we were pleased with the work done and on how tidy they had left it. Joe kept us informed on what was going be on through-out the day and what was left to be done. We loved the final outcome. Would recommend Hertz Electrical Contractors to everybody for an electrician.

Phoned Hertz due to my elderly parents were having troubles with fuse board and power cutting off, Hertz attended site within 45 minutes as they said they would, The gentleman they sent round to my parents was excellent, polite, understanding and very patient. He identified the issue straight away, explained what they needed to do in language my parents would understand( not full of jargon) completed works and left. No mess, no fuss just great customer service. Hertz will be used for all of my family electrical needs in future. 5 STARS

I'm absolutely Delighted with the Hertz Team as i came back from finishing a night shift to find i had no power to my sockets. I rang Andy up and within the hour they were able to respond. The electrician, Joseph, after a short time testing was able to find out the outside socket installed by a family friend was the issue. He disconnected the socket and came back the next morning to reinstall a new one, even finding the same socket as the previous. Highly Recommended. superb!

Hertz change my down stairs lights for some new one's. An electrician arrived tools in hand, very professional and polite. He hoovered up and filled the old holes left from the old fitting. Thank you Andy and your guys for the great job !! Would recommend highly.
