Hillcroft Lancaster is a small, friendly home situated on its own grounds with secure, landscaped gardens only accessible from the main building. There are 20 single bedrooms that residents are encouraged to personalise with their own belonging to create that real sense of home. The home is renowned for its friendly, happy atmosphere and features three comfortable lounges in which to socialise or take part in the wealth of activities on offer. Specialising in dementia care and behavioural support, the care offered at Hillcroft Lancaster is second to none as only dedicated and compassionate team members are employed to provide the extra care and support needed for residents. Staff work closely with individual residents, their families, and loved ones to ensure that they can take an active and meaningful role in daily life. Home-cooked meals are catered around special dietary requirements and personal preferences. Visitors are welcome in line with our visiting policy which is available here.
