Fantastic customer service in this shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, the shop itself is very clean and well stocked

Went there today and was quite disappointed. Not much food items to pick from, mainly vitamins and other medicines I wouldn't consider buying. As I work in retail myself, I'm always mindful to be pleasant and smiley to any staff. The cashier was just plain rude back, seemed like she wanted me out of the shop immediately. Seemed quite short with other customers too. My mother commented how rude she was (she was waiting outside and could hear everything). If I need anything from Holland and Barrett I'll probably go into Manchester or another store where I won't be made to feel awkward.

customer service is lacking we were served by a chap called Lee he was rather rude shouting and waving his hand at my wife saying hello if youre paying cash youre at the wrong till that ones card only there was about r feet between till Rude staff

Great store which is tidy and well kept, it is a small store but they had what I needed with lots of great products, the man on the till was very helpful too and was interacting with the customers well.
