Very rude manager, I picked up merchandise worth of £90.00+ and was at the counter about to pay but I had question regarding vitamine B12 and was asking to the cashier to make sure I am buying right strength and the lady (staff) interrupted me and said I am taking too much time, I said I am done and just paying but she start arguing that someone is waiting out side to get in so I supposed to get out, I was shocked that how she was talking to me so I asked her you don't want me to buy from your store ? And she replied you can go if you want to, she meant its up to me if I still want to give business to this store after recieving insulting behaviour of her who reluctantly admitted that she is the manager. I left the store without buying.
If I do not get reply from higher person I will take further action regarding her behaviour.
She wasn't wearing mask neither respected social distancing requirements.

Marina Korskowa1 StarFor someone who cares about climate change - an absolute no go. One of the few Holland & Barrett branches, which refuse to adopt a closed-door policy while heating in winter, wasting energy and contributing ca. 10 tons of CO2 every year for no good reason at all. FYI: Boots across the road has a closed-door policy.Sunday 7th January 2018
