Having been let down by another local company, I searched on google for local Cctv installers and luckily for me I found Homeshield. I spoke to Simon on the initial call and agreed a date and time for looking at what was required and Simon was there at my property on time . Then i received my quote the filling day by e mail and agreed a date of installation. The team turned up when we agreed on time and did an absolutely great job . One of the installers Dan came by my property the day after to see if everything was working ok and it was . It was refreshing to have honest punctual workmen for a change . I would not hesitate in recommending this company. Great job guys

Highly recommended!! I was in search of a company that could provide excellence in service and aftercare - after a number of company’s that provided me quotes I decided to go with Homeshield because this company cares about what they do and what is right for the customer! - I spent some time talking to Simon on what I was looking for who kindly talked me through what is currently on the market and what he would recommend. After little thought I asked Simon to get me booked in for CCTV & Alarm system. Very quick responses Simon booked me in for Tuesday 16th November at 10am (less than 7 days wait time for installation) 9am Tuesday 16th Simon kindly texted me to say the technicians are running slightly late but will be with me soon - 10:30 the team where at the front and raring to go. Andy and Dan was absolutely fantastic and took the time to ask where I wanted my CCTV cameras positioning and my Alarm system. Very friendly and professional who works around what is best for you. Had an initial conversation over the phone with Simon and he ran me through what HomeShield could do for me. He totally understood what I wanted and what I wanted to achieve. His approach was simple, no pressure and thorough. I then received an excellent quote, loads of info, a few different options and everything was itemised. I was told I could review any of the quotes to meet my exact needs. Myself and Simon agreed on the best option for my system, I chose more expensive of the two options but I'm very glad I did. Installation was arranged for a day when I was home and the guys turned up to do the job when expected. All three technicians were super friendly, really knew their stuff, asked what I wanted the cameras see and gave me their opinions. In the end I left them to it and told them to do whatever they thought was best. We felt really comfortable having them at the house, they took the time to make friends with the dogs which stopped them from barking all day and got a few laughs out of the baby. When they were done, everything was spotless and the cameras were mounted very discreetly (which I had requested). We got a quick lesson in how to use the system on our phones and the techs were away. I did have a slight issue, totally of my own doing a couple of days later so I requested some advice, HomeShield went above and beyond to send someone out to change a couple of settings for me because the DVR is in the loft and I wasn't built for climbing through narrow hatches! All in all I couldn't recommend them enough, start, middle and end, an extremely professional service at a great price!

We requested a quotation for a CCTV installation. Simon from Homeshield came to conduct a comprehensive survey to assess our needs. We accepted the quotation and agreed a start. The installation engineers (Dan and Andy) arrived spot on time and explained exactly what they were going to do. They carried out the job most professionally. They were pleasant, helpful and showed us how the system works. They followed up to see how we were managing. They were very patient and understanding. We are delighted with the whole process. Full marks to Homeshield. Very highly recommended.
