Found Hound Security through Checkatrade and very pleased we did, Graham attended our home as promised advised us and promised us a quote which arrived that evening and was very reasonable. Graham attended yesterday to fit and install our cameras and recorder and nothing was too much trouble, he is extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional and a thoroughly nice person. We found Graham online and were really pleased to have met him. A lot of trust is needed to give someone access to your house (and alarm system!!) But both my wife and I were put at ease with Graham. Friendly, tidy, competitively priced and clearly has a real passion for customer service. Knowing we were due to go away he worked late in the evenings to ensure our alarm was configured correctly in time. Would recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat. Thanks!

We are very pleased with our alarm system fitted by Hound Security. The installation is very neat and caused no disruption to us while our store was still open. The engineers were very helpful and gave us a full demonstration of how the system works. We have been in contact since for advice and they have been most helpful and friendly.

Graham did a great job of installing a 4 camera "Dahua" system which I find very user friendly. He showed me how easy it was to check the recordings with only a few clicks to check what had happened previously I got a separate monitor so that I can view (like a second TV) everything happening around my house in real time. The cost was quite reasonable and well worth the peace of mind, especially when you live alone. I would definitely recommend Graham to those who need a good tradesman

Graham came to my house to set up Remote Access on a CCTV DVR that I thought was faulty. I needed the Remote Access facility so that if me or my mum were not at home we could monitor our house on our house on our phones or iPad from where ever we were. Graham could have easily have scammed me by pretending that the DVR was faulty and needed ''repairing'' or that I needed a new one . I would have been none the wiser if he had decided to do that.However he didn't. Remote Access is up and running and my mum and I feel much more secure What an absolute joy to have found an honest person . If I need anything else of this nature doing I will definitely contact him again
