Duncan Grears3 StarMy purchase was fantastic but unfortunately the staff member was more focused on telling me over and over that there was no cash refunds and I would only be able to swap the product for another item of the same value, this was highlighted by the staff member explains they would circle the statement on the bottom of the receipt to prove I had this explained to myself. Come on H of F, you sell high-end brands ... Where's the high end customer service expectations ?
