Very disappointing, failed to call, failed to turn up on time. Left my partner and her daughter. With water dripping through the ceiling for over 2 weeks. Then decided that they no longer wanted the work. Didn’t follow any covid guidelines. Failed in every way to provide any form of service. I am surprised that they still have an operational business. I thought the cowboy generation of contractors had long gone! Clearly not! I would suggest looking else where for a far more reputable contractor.

Friday, arrived on time for inspection, of (new to us but not to them) property. Gave quote for work to be carried out. Not very polite regarding questions, told me to "slow down", but failed to comment about immersion heater which is vital to understanding our the system works.. Quote for work accepted by us. Promised to phone right after weekend with date for work. Did not. I phoned them wife very evasive. Said her husband would phone me. Never did.

I've just had my boiler replaced and my system renovated by Howe heating and l can't recommend them highly enough.Their work was superb,the engineer was meticulous in all aspects and they never cut any corners! I honestly cannot commend them highly enough, don't hesitate to use them, l certainly will again.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with staff was rude arrogant. Had a boiler replaced in July 2019 the boiler constantly losing pressure still had no hot water in kitchen did not receive gas safety certificate for roughly one month they cut the gas supply to a gas fire in living room it’s taken roughly four months for them to come and rectify their mistakes only when they turned up they realised they hadn’t capped off a gas pipe correctly so essentially has been leaking for the last four months so could of potentially caused fatalities through carbon monoxide or an explosion WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY
